Several years ago Ziggy put in hardwood oak floors in our kitchen and den. His work is superb, and he's less expensive than other contractors who lack his expertise. His prices are lower because you buy the wood at his contractor price. He is an artist with wood. We'd never use anybody other than Ziggy. The last time he came we had water damage on the floor he had installed. He sent his men over and fixed it expertly (and it was covered by insurance). We would never have any floor work done by any other company.

Ziggy was very responsive and timely in giving an estimate and scheduling the repair. He also accommodated my personal schedule to complete the job before my daughter's wedding. After the job was completed, he was very responsive to any call to come back fixing any minor problems. The floor looks wonderful and the house was sold to the second viewer after the floor repair.
