Several years ago Ziggy put in hardwood oak floors in our kitchen and den. His work is superb, and he's less expensive than other contractors who lack his expertise. His prices are lower because you buy the wood at his contractor price. He is an artist with wood. We'd never use anybody other than Ziggy. The last time he came we had water damage on the floor he had installed. He sent his men over and fixed it expertly (and it was covered by insurance). We would never have any floor work done by any other company.
